Spring Detox & Chaga - The Best Modern Medicine

Spring Detox & Chaga - The Best Modern Medicine

Themes of spring – rebirth and renewal. Spring is a time that feels as if we are coming back to life, or even, rebirthing an entirely new human being. The necessity of being aligned to our bodies and listening to the messages it is giving us, and adjust our lifestyle to heal and being more embodied, are part of the natural cycles of the spring.

Spring is the ideal time for mild detoxing, whether it is a general detox, for specific organs, to eliminate parasites, or general healthy maintenance, it is a ancient practice of using plants to detoxify the body, free up any stagnations, both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As a result, entering the spring/summer with clarity and great vital energy to carry on with the energy of the sun, and the summer.

Detox – with herbal teas

Herbal teas are a beautiful way to mildly detoxify the body over time. Drink a plant blend, specifically made to do this, three times a day over the period of 2 weeks to do a mild detox of the blood and organs.

Our detox tea, is a gentle way to cleanse the body slowly over the period of a couple weeks. Take this tea up to 3x daily to detoxify the blood. When you are detoxifying the blood, this is cleansing your body from the inside out. Many skin issues derive from not having ‘clean’ blood, so when you are cleansing the health of your blood, many positive results can be seen in the skin, or with previous skin issues.
